1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the dbji website, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all players, regardless of whether they accessed the platform via a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application provided by dbji.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the dbji Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and dbji. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise specified.

dbji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We strongly encourage all players to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2 Eligibility

Access to the dbji platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. dbji operates a strict 21+ policy and conducts age verification checks on all accounts. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended and any funds held pending investigation.
• Residency: The dbji platform is intended for players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity without proper authorisation.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by dbji or any other gambling operator or regulatory body.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of dbji or its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold active player accounts or participate in any promotions.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of dbji services — including sports betting, casino games, and the ability to deposit and withdraw funds — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid payment method registered in your own name. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

• One Account Only: Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one active dbji account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• Account Ownership: Your dbji account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
• Identity Verification (KYC): As part of our commitment to security and compliance, dbji may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage. This may include a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Closure: You may close your dbji account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding balance will be paid out in full, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.

4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dbji login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any other individual to access your account.

dbji strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts and use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service. In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dbji support immediately via email at [email protected].

dbji will never contact you to request your password or OTP code. Any communication claiming to be from dbji and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay. dbji accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dbji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). dbji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods:

• Nagad — mobile financial service
• Rocket — mobile banking service by Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — mobile financial service
• Visa — debit and credit cards
• Mastercard — debit and credit cards

The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

1. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
2. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method.
3. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.
4. dbji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which dbji accepts no responsibility.
5. Players must have verified their identity (KYC) before any withdrawal request can be processed. dbji reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification checks.
6. Any funds deposited into your dbji account that are suspected to originate from unlawful activity may be frozen pending investigation and reported to the relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

dbji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. dbji reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where abuse or misuse is suspected.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before completing an existing one may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been used or claimed within the applicable period will be automatically removed from your account.
• Prohibited Countries and Methods: Bonuses may not be available to players accessing the platform via certain VPN services or from jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Depositing via methods not approved for a specific promotion will disqualify the player from that offer.
• Abuse Policy: Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including by creating multiple accounts, employing low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account suspended without further notice.

dbji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to check the current terms of each promotion before participating.

7 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting and casino game activity on the dbji platform:

• Bet Placement: All bets are final once confirmed. dbji does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets under any circumstances, except where a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• Manifest Errors: dbji reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds or lines that were posted in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed malfunction. Players who knowingly exploit manifest errors may have their accounts suspended.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. dbji reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual accounts or across specific markets at any time.
• Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the governing body of the sport or game in question. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of dbji shall be final.
• Abandoned Events: In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that sport or market, as published in the dbji betting rules documentation.
• Live Betting: Live in-play betting is subject to additional rules and potential restrictions. Delays in placing live bets due to network connectivity issues are the sole responsibility of the player. dbji accepts no liability for missed live betting opportunities resulting from technical issues on the player's side.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbji platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account, or attempting to access a suspended or closed account through a new registration.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tool to interact with the dbji platform, including to place bets, spin slots, or claim bonuses.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, including in live poker or live casino games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in relation to any sporting event offered on the dbji sportsbook.
• Depositing funds that originate from illegal or criminal activity.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment in compliance with these Terms.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dbji staff, support agents, or other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

dbji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools and information they need to manage their activity safely. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional distress.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all dbji account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out of their account.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dbji platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, or distribute any content from the dbji platform without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on dbji content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the dbji platform.
• Use any dbji trademarks, logos, or brand assets for any commercial or promotional purpose.

Any unauthorised use of dbji intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by dbji.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the dbji platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or platform downtime.
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from the use of the platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Decisions made by players based on information provided on the dbji platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals arising from the actions or systems of third-party payment providers.

The dbji platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where possible.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the dbji platform. Players accessing the platform from Bangladesh acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring their compliance with any applicable local laws or regulations governing online gambling activity.

In the event of any dispute between a player and dbji that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. dbji's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation of these Terms, game outcomes, account suspensions, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding, subject only to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
